Hi, I’m Jenn.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been the person who other people come to for advice or help.  Nothing brings me more joy than uplifting others and helping them see what they are capable of achieving if given the right tools.  I always considered this to simply be a personality trait, but in 2020 I realized it’s more than that.  It’s my passion.  It’s what I want to do with my life.

As I’ve grown, learned, and persevered through more and more life experiences, I continue to be encouraged to share my story with others.  This blog is my attempt to do just that.

Between 2017 and 2018 I was pregnant three times.  The first was a ruptured ectopic pregnancy that resulted in multiple emergency surgeries.  A year after the first loss I experienced my third and was advised not to try again for six months.  Those losses were the first time in my life that I doubted my core belief that everything happens for a reason.  I could not even begin to imagine then the lessons I would learn and how they would change my life for the better.  Being forced to pause pursuing the life path I had been so driven to achieve made me take a real look at my life.

In October 2018 I had a very honest talk with myself that went something like this:

Me:  Jenn, you almost died last year.  Seriously.  If you had, were you happy with the life that you were living?  Would you be satisfied if that had been all of it?

Small voice from somewhere deep inside:  No

Me:  What?  You said you were happy.  You have the career, the house, the husband, the friends…you just got in the best shape of your life! All that was missing was kids, right?

Small voice: … I said what I said.

Me:  Okay.  We can’t try again for kids right now, so let’s take this as an opportunity to live our best life.  What does that look like?

This conversation sparked a journey that resulted in me slowly learning that I had not been living a life true to myself.  Over the next year I left a very stressful job, adapted new habits, read and journaled a lot, started living authentically, ended a toxic relationship, and learned what it means to love myself.  Over and over again people told me that I had changed and was glowing from the inside out.  From that journey the concept of Believe Grow Glow was born.

It is my goal to educate, encourage, and equip people on their own life journey to self-worth, joy, and fulfillment.

Motivational Speaker, Coach, and Writer striving to live every day of my one and only life with joy and purpose. I'm just a girl from a small southern town who loves coffee, nature, reading, dancing, baking, travel, and fitness. I'm pretty basic, but also quirky in my own ways. I used to be ashamed of that, but now I love myself. This blog is my story. I hope sharing it helps someone somewhere to not feel alone. To know that if they are currently living through their storm that there is sunshine and a rainbow waiting for them on the other side.
